The following return policy is applicable to all courses offered by Translabe.
1. Refund Terms
1.1. We allow you to take the first week of any course without any obligation. If upon completion of the second class (or earlier) of the course you have chosen, its structure and contents do not match your interests, just send an email to info@translabe.com explaining the issue, and we will refund your course fee
1.2. You have 14 days from the day you purchase the course to finish the first two classes and decide if you want to continue or if you prefer to be refunded the amount you paid for the course.
1.3. If 14 days after registration you have not completed the first 2 classes of the course, there will be no possibility of refunding the course fee.
1.4. If you advance beyond the second class, we will understand that the course is in line with your expectations and there will be no possibility of refund of the fee you have paid for the course.
